Arts Management Apprenticeship:

 

Who: 2 High-school students, 2 college students, 1 post-graduate. Ages 16-26 

 

What: Via this paid 2 year job, Apprentices receive hands on training on grant writing and fundraising, networking, youth and arts advocacy, event production, marketing, grassroots organizing ,project management and  arts  presenting.

​

How: Apprentices will write grants, design, produce, and lead workshops, summits, and other events and will partner with other arts organizations on a myriad of projects.

​

Outcomes:

-Have the qualifications and experience necessary to immediately begin working as arts managers.

​

-Be able to independently produce events.

​

-Independently design dynamic  and   educational curriculum.

​

-Be accepted into college or begin career as professionals.
